Promotion
Venue requires Band to put a significant effort towards promoting their performance at Venue. While Venue promotes all shows via flyers, websites, email, and other available avenues of promotion, experience has proven that when Bands assist in their own promotion, the shows are more successful.
Handbills/ Posters- Send to the venue w. Date of show and artists name on front of envelope:
- Provide electronic copy of Poster and Handbill
- Send Posters to venue for street team
- Utilize all online outlets available to band
Equipment
Band must supply their own
Venue will supply full PA and Lighting

Venue's sound technician will run Venue's soundboard. Band FOH engineer will have all ability to use house PA.
While lights are provided, lighting and associated lighting effects shall be under the control of Venue.
Band will be held liable for any damage to the equipment provided by Venue if caused by intentional or careless use by Band. If a dollar amount can be assigned at the time damage is incurred, that amount will be withheld from payment to Band from Venue. In the event that the damage exceeds payment, Band receives no payment, or dollar amount of damage cannot be assigned at time incurred, Band will be billed.
Sale of Merchandise
Band will be allowed to sell Band merchandise on site, provided merchandise has been previously approved by the Venue, and Band is appropriately licensed to do so.
